Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders $125+ for delivery within the 48 contiguous United States. All orders ship from California. 

Available to Ship Order Processing and Shipping:

All available to ship orders will be processed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days. The estimated delivery time begins when the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

All orders will be handed over to UPS to be tracked and delivered. For Next Day Shipping and 2 Day Shipping, orders must be placed by 9AM PDT, Monday - Friday. Orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be dispatched the next business day. 

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Pre-Order Processing and Shipping:

Pre-order products will be processed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days of the products arrival to our warehouse. The estimated delivery time begins when the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Duties and Taxes for International Customers:

Duties are included in the price of the product. Taxes are calculated at checkout. Shipping costs include the broker fee. 

* Please note, duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Package Responsibility:

OASIS SOCIETY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the package.
