Retroactive Discounts
At Oasis Society, we strive to ensure our customers receive the best value for their purchases. To accommodate recent promotions, we are pleased to offer retroactive discounts under the following terms:

  • Retroactive discounts are valid for purchases made up to 14 days prior to the promotion's start date.
  • To request a retroactive discount, customers must contact our Customer Service team within the 14 day window and provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, along with the details of the promotion.
  • Retroactive adjustments will be issued as a refund or store credit, depending on the original payment method.

Please note that this policy applies only to promotions hosted directly by Oasis Society and excludes third-party sales or promotions.

Price Matching Policy

 While we appreciate your interest in competitive pricing, we do not offer price matching with boutiques or other retailers carrying our brand.

Each retailer operates independently, setting their prices based on unique factors such as location, operating costs, and additional services. This allows us to maintain the integrity of our pricing while delivering the high-quality experience Oasis Society is known for.
