Do Oasis Society shoes run true to size?

Yes, Oasis Society shoes generally run true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up or down based on the toe box of the shoe. Pointy toed shoes tend to fit more snug whereas square toed shoes run wider. Each product page includes a detailed size chart with footbed length measurements in both centimeters and inches.

Are Oasis Society shoes comfortable for all-day wear?

Yes. Every Oasis Society shoe features our signature DreamCloud cushion sole, a proprietary insole system engineered for plush, all-day support. DreamCloud is designed for high-wear comfort so you can walk, dance, and stand for extended periods without discomfort.

What materials are Oasis Society shoes made from?

Oasis Society shoes are crafted with vegan leather uppers and atelier-selected materials chosen for their luxe texture, lasting durability, and elevated finish. Details vary by style and may include hand-applied pearl embellishments, 3D floral appliques, woven raffia, and embroidered tapestry textiles.

What is the return policy for Oasis Society?

Oasis Society offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns can be initiated through our self-service return portal at oasissociety.com/a/return. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Does Oasis Society offer free shipping?

Yes. Oasis Society offers free US shipping on all continental USA orders over $125. Orders are processed and shipped quickly with tracking provided via email.
